Our Competency Development programs are designed to build and enhance the skills of professionals across the construction industry, offering a comprehensive suite of courses that address the critical competencies needed for project success.

Our flagship program is the 5-Level Professional Competency Development Program, the Advanced Professional Award in Construction Project Management Practice. This program is built on the foundation of the 12 Spheres of Competence in Construction Project Management Practice, covering all essential areas of project management, from scope and quality control to leadership and risk management. These spheres are further strengthened by the Totality of Project Management (TPM) framework, ensuring a well-rounded mastery of the field.

A key elective within the program is the Executive Diploma in Project Management (EDPM), which includes advanced training such as the PRENDO Simulations and Advanced Risk Management, all administered by the International Institute of Projects and Program Management (i2p2m).

All courses, including the individual modules of the EDPM, can be taken as stand-alone training and certification, providing flexibility for professionals to tailor their learning experience.
