TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT

1. Fees and Pricing

All prices for our courses and services are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable rate is the one in effect at the time of purchase or enrollment.

2. Payment Methods

We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways such as Stripe, PayPal, GCash, or bank transfer. You will receive confirmation once payment is successfully processed.

3. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in the specific course or program, all payments are considered final and non-refundable. Refunds may only be granted in exceptional cases such as double charges or technical errors, subject to review and approval.

4. Installment or Deferred Payments

Some courses may offer installment plans. Full payment of all installments is required by the deadline set upon enrollment. Failure to complete payments may result in access being revoked or certificates withheld.

5. Receipt and Billing Requests

Official receipts or invoices can be requested via email at study@buildquotientph.com. Kindly allow up to 7 business days for issuance.

6. Payment Disputes

For any issues related to payments or billing, contact us immediately. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date to be considered valid.
